Schedule Change
Following Freeform’s press release, which revealed that 3×09 and 3×10 will air back to back on May 15th, I have revised the 3A Episode Collection Event posting schedule. Fics related to 3×09, 3×10, and Post-3×10 will now be posted on May 20th, May 21st, and May 22nd.
He settles Alec’s hand back on his face after and covers it with his own hand, and Alec melts, and his parents were unexpectedly right. Warlocks really are very dangerous, because soon all that’ll be left of him will be a little puddle of shadowhunter and someone will have to come and mop him up and it will all be very sad because puddles don’t have hands to touch Magnus. Alec can’t imagine anything more heartbreaking.

Hi! Yes, I’ve definitely recced some fics that focus on their sibling relationship. You’re right in that trying to go through the Izzy Lightwood tag can be tricky, because that includes fics where she’s anywhere from briefly mentioned to a full-fledged character making an appearance. It’s not as specific as an Alec & Izzy tag would be, so I think this is a very good idea.
However, if I’m going to do this I’d like to feature other relationships as well, for both Magnus and Alec. If you or anyone else would like to see other familial relationships and/or friendships included in this, please comment on this post, message me, or take part in the Google Forms poll that I just created. I’ll leave it open until Tuesday at 9:00 PM EST.
I fully intend on doing this, but I simply don’t have the time to re-tag fics at the moment. My next month outside of Tumblr is going to be incredibly busy and it’ll be all that I can do to promptly create and post recs and keep track of the Author Appreciation Day sign-ups. Having walls kept you safe but they also kept everyone outside. And Alec had proven himself worthy of being inside time after time. So while Magnus may not be ready to tear them down he was more than willing to build a door.
