Hi! The majority of what I can find are crossovers where Lucifer and/or Chloe interact with Magnus and Alec in some way. It sounds like you’re looking for a fusion where Magnus and Alec take on their roles instead and, based on what I see on A03, it looks like there is only one fic that fits your description:
