Hi there! No, it appears that anything you post on Tumblr after you have imported your blog to WordPress does not automatically post there too. There are plugins available on WordPress to allow you to do that, but you have to have a Business Plan (which you have to pay for) in order to use them. However, I have just found out that you can use an applet on IFTTT to connect your Tumblr to your WordPress and vice versa in order to auto post. You might want to look into that to see if it fits your needs. I hope that helps!

Thanks so much for letting me know about this! I double-checked and you’re right; the blog’s URL isn’t showing up in Tumblr searches (but it is showing up via Google and Bing). I have no idea why. I checked its visibility settings and it’s not marked as hidden or explicit, so it should come up. I have contacted @support and am waiting for an answer. I’ll share any information I get as it becomes available. Hopefully it’ll be taken care of relatively quickly. Thanks again!

Yes, I’m aware. I noticed it when I was queuing recs tonight. Something randomly went wrong with the coding for some reason, but I think I have it fixed now. (You’ll also notice that the page is different. I’ve been working on transitioning into new customized pages and it made more sense to fix it there and have that one go live than have to fix it twice). Go ahead and give it a try and if you still have problems, please let me know.

Keep in mind that these requests are fairly specific, which can make it a bit difficult to match exactly. 

I browsed quickly through the Fluff and Jace tags, but I would encourage you to go through them a bit more extensively to see if anything else fits.

With the time that I had, I wasn’t able to find many fics that I hadn’t already recced to fit your Jace request. However, that doesn’t mean that they don’t exist. Some fics have more complex plots and it may be featured somewhere within them, but they’re difficult to find simply by searching for them. If anyone has any recommendations on this front, please feel free to respond to this post or send me a message. 

Keeping that in mind, these are the fics that I can recommend at the moment. Most of them are one-shots and all of them are complete.

At this point, no. Duly noted, but the reason there have been so many for AlxSteele lately is because I have been posting recs for each fic in their 31-part series. I wanted to post all of them relatively close to each other so I was sure that I didn’t forget any of them. Three of the parts will be posted today, as they are all extremely interconnected with each other, but typically there has only been one posted per day alongside one or two one-shots from other authors.

I queued it this way (all the way to May 24th) to give myself a bit of breathing room, as far as reading and reccing fics goes. Both tasks are a lot of fun – as is everything that goes into running this blog – but all of it takes a great deal of time. Keep in mind that I just wrapped up my last semester of graduate school (classes and work as a teaching assistant and everything that entailed) and now have to finish my thesis within the next few weeks, so my focus is currently on that – and rightfully so, I believe. I didn’t want to go on hiatus, because I know first-hand how frustrating that can be for people visiting the blog, but some concessions needed to be made in order for that to happen if I wanted to be successful in my own work. 

If you can hold out until the end of May, I promise there will be more of a variety, but until then the majority of recs will be the remainder of this series and one-shots. Sorry for the inconvenience, but I need to take the time to concentrate on what will help determine my future.
