You Pick The Tag Event: Voting Results

After 2 weeks of voting and 133 people casting their ballots, the results are in! Please see below for the analytics of each poll, as well as which thematic tags won and will be primarily featured in fic recs on every Friday in September and October.

Week #1

The tag that will be primarily featured in recs on Friday, September 7th is ARRANGED MARRIAGE.

Note: This poll was run in its entirety prior to the cancellation and subsequent #SaveShadowhunters hiatus. I will honor these results.

Week #2

The tag that will be primarily featured in recs on Friday, September 14th is CRIME. It beat Coffee Shop by a mere 2 votes!

Week #3

The tag that will be primarily featured in recs on Friday, September 21st is ENEMIES TO LOVERS. It won with 50 total votes. The runners-up were Established Relationship and Friends to Lovers with 29 votes each.

Week #4

The tag that will be primarily featured in recs on Friday, September 28th is INJURY. It won with 43 votes, but only by a very slim margin.Historical and High School earning 42 votes and 41 votes respectively, making this the closest race on the entire ballot.

Week #5

The tag that will be primarily featured in recs on Friday, October 5th is MARRIED COUPLE. It had a pretty steady lead, with 52 votes cast in its favor. It beat the runner-up, Military, by 24 votes.

Week #6

The tag that will be primarily featured in recs on Friday, October 12th is PRETEND RELATIONSHIP. It had 55 votes cast in its favor, winning over the runner-up, Parents, by 24 votes.

Week #7

The tag that will be primarily featured in recs on Friday, October 19th is SHADOW WORLD POLITICS. It beat the runner-up, Soulmates, by 3 votes.

Week #8

The tag that will be primarily featured in recs on Friday, October 26th is WEDDING. It beat the runner-up, Time Travel, by 4 votes.

The blog returns from its 3-month #SaveShadowhunters hiatus on September 1st with the Back to Hogwarts Event. The Wizarding World comes to life in celebration of the day that students return to Hogwarts.

Voting for the You Pick the Tag Event also ends on September 1st at 9:00PM EST.
