Anonymous asked: Hi. I was wondering, in your additional relationship tags, if you could have a tag for Alec & Izzy? I noticed you’ve reblogged some fics that focus on that, and I’d love to read more, but I wasn’t sure how to find them.

Hi! Yes, I’ve definitely recced some fics that focus on their sibling relationship. You’re right in that trying to go through the Izzy Lightwood tag can be tricky, because that includes fics where she’s anywhere from briefly mentioned to a full-fledged character making an appearance. It’s not as specific as an Alec & Izzy tag would be, so I think this is a very good idea.

However, if I’m going to do this I’d like to feature other relationships as well, for both Magnus and Alec. If you or anyone else would like to see other familial relationships and/or friendships included in this, please comment on this post, message me, or take part in the Google Forms poll that I just created. I’ll leave it open until Tuesday at 9:00 PM EST.

I fully intend on doing this, but I simply don’t have the time to re-tag fics at the moment. My next month outside of Tumblr is going to be incredibly busy and it’ll be all that I can do to promptly create and post recs and keep track of the Author Appreciation Day sign-ups. So please be patient, as I will transition this element into the Tags Index page but it’s going to take some time.

Blog Update: New Custom Pages

As referenced in this post, I’ve been playing around with custom page themes for the last few weeks. You’ll notice that I have made several of them live tonight, including the Ask Page, About Page, Tags Index Page, and Collections & Events Page. I have tried to double check all of the links, but obviously this has been a huge project and I may have missed something. If you find that a tag isn’t working or is incorrectly linked, please do not hesitate to let me know and I’ll look into it as soon as I can.

I am still working on two matching pages for Canon Universe Series and Alternate Universe Series, which will replace the current pages, as well as another that will house all of the Author Appreciation Day 2.0 information when it is released in about a week. Stay tuned!

You’ll notice that the custom pages for 

Canon Universe Series, Alternate Universe Series, and the Authors Masterlist are now live. I have also created one for Author Appreciation Day, which will be updated with this year’s information when the announcement is released this Tuesday. As always, if you find anything that doesn’t work properly please do not hesitate to let me know. I will look into fixing it as soon as possible.
